- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2018-02-18, by Timothy GoodersonExemplary after sales care. I replaced the rubbish original rear shock on my FJR1300 a couple of years ago with a Nitron Street Shock. The bike was instantly transformed as it improved the general handling and two up fully loaded capability for European touring. I enjoyed 2 years and 21K miles of riding until the shock seals decided to leak the oil out. I contacted Nitron who did not hesitate in asking me to send it back for a completely free rebuild. I use the bike for daily commuting and did not want it off the road for too long. Nitron acknowledged this and I received the rebuilt shock within 2 days - thank you Alex and Nitron!!!
